Orchestrator

Plans and coordinates research workflow. Aware of Web Search Agent (for progressive search with Claude web search), PubMed Search Agent (for biomedical literature), and Knowledge Synthesizer (for deep analysis).

Web Search Agent

Performs progressive web searches using Claude's native web search capability to gather current information and cite reliable sources based on tasks from the Orchestrator.

PubMed Search Agent

Searches the real PubMed database (35+ million articles) for biomedical literature and abstracts based on tasks from the Orchestrator. Uses NCBI E-utilities API.

Knowledge Synthesizer

Synthesizes information from web and PubMed searches, and domain knowledge to provide comprehensive analyses, insights, and safety considerations based on Orchestrator tasks. Does not perform new searches.

FAERS Search Agent

Searches the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) database for real-world adverse event reports and drug safety information based on tasks from the Orchestrator.

MCP Enhanced Research Agent

Advanced multi-source research agent using Model Context Protocol. Generates academic-quality publications with peer-review standards, automated tables/figures, and proper citations.

Structured Data Analysis Agent

Advanced data analysis agent with PhD-level statistical capabilities. Provides comprehensive analysis of structured datasets including statistical tests, pattern recognition, and research insights.
